The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Digital marketing, and web analytics.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Passionate about social media and emerging digital trends.
Detail-oriented and organised.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy Development:

Create and execute the overall social media strategy to align with business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to drive engagement.

2. Content Creation:

Develop engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to different platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams to design graphics and promotional materials.

3. Community Management:

Foster and enhance community engagement across social media channels.
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to build relationships with the audience.

4. Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and ROI of social media campaigns.
