Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, or similar role in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and support the team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek or additional languages is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house management, reservations, and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.
- Assist in staff training and development, fostering a professional and positive work environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent service flow and product quality.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Handle administrative duties as required, including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations.
