Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Office Manager to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting our members and partner vendors, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member and Vendor Support:Provide daily assistance to SportBenefit members and partner vendors by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through incoming calls and chats.
- Monitor and address irregular behaviors from members or vendors to maintain a positive and compliant environment.
- Database Management:Update and maintain the vendor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on the website and in the SportBenefit app.
- Vendor Relations:Enroll new vendors into the SportBenefit program, managing contracts and onboarding processes.
- Client Company Support:Assist client companies with administrative issues, including invoicing and enrolling their representatives into the HR admin portal.
- Financial Administration:Monitor expenses and handle miscellaneous payments as required.
- Arrange and process monthly payments to vendors in a timely manner.
- Assist the accounting department with financial tasks and record-keeping.
- Office Management:Oversee daily office tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Experience in Human Resources is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with database management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
