Your role at Exness:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Procurement to lead our procurement operations and elevate the value delivered across the organization.
As the Head of Procurement, you will oversee the procurement team, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure alignment with the company's objectives. Reporting to the CFO of the Real Estate division, you will work collaboratively with project managers, the technical director, facility manager, and the finance team to optimize procurement processes and build strategic supplier partnerships.
You will:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure cost efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the procurement team, ensuring high levels of performance and professional growth.
- Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure advantageous terms.
- Conduct risk management for supply contracts and agreements to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Drive innovation by staying up to date on industry trends, emerging products, and market developments.
- Establish and monitor procurement policies and processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Perform advanced cost, scenario, and benchmarking analysis to drive procurement decisions.
- Oversee the preparation and review of prime cost/provisional sums and value engineering activities.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to guide strategic sourcing and decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement performance reports for executive review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement plans into project timelines.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree or certifications in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage. A minimum of 7-10 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on the Construction/Real Estate sector. Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects and leading teams. Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and budgeting.
