Responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership and guidance to the executive team and department heads.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure a positive work culture.
- Managing all HR functions and initiatives locally.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
- Identify high-potential employees and create career development plans to nurture their growth within the organization.
- Develop and oversee employee welfare programs.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to provide insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR leader in high-tech companies, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, executive development, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficiency in English & Russian
