The Health & Safety Technician will play the role of a Safety Officer and also be in charge of the H&S aspects during the assembly' works in the wind farm.
- Will be present during the assembly’s different phases, checking that the staff complies with the security measures
- Will make sure that the Client´s H&S Plan and Procedures are being followed
- Will collect and check the required security documentation of contracts and the personnel who will participate in the assembly (training, medical skills, delivery of EPI'
s)
- Will meet with the planning of work defined by the local operational structure
- The technician will paralyze works if detect a serious or an imminent risk to the workers’health and will communicate that risk
- Will report the activities carried out in the formats of the client’s management system
- Will participate in the investigation of any incident suffered by own staff and/or hired by the client
Requirements:
Profile Requirements:
- Education: Registered Engineer
- Health and Safety Studies
- Provenexperience as EHS Advisor
- Experience working on projects (wind farm,construction, civil works)
- Experience managing HSE Plans, policies and procedures. Supervising HSE aspects,review subcontractor’s documentationandpermits.
- Language:fluent English
- Desired: Experience working on Wind Farm projects
- GWO (4 MODULES) training
