Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emergency roadside assistance requests from Spanish-speaking clients in a remote setting
- Assess client needs and promptly dispatch appropriate assistance services to ensure timely support
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout their assistance experience
- Document all service requests and actions taken in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency teams to facilitate quick assistance delivery
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on local regulations, company policies, and best practices in roadside assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Previous experience in coordination or customer service roles, ideally in roadside assistance or emergency services
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to handle requests in a fast-paced remote environment
- Exceptional communication skills focused on providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge of emergency response protocols is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary
