Responsibilities
- Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients to assess and understand their business needs and goals
- Provide expert consultation on our digital solutions, customizing them to align with client objectives
- Create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that effectively showcase our products and services
- Collaborate with remote teams to design and implement effective solutions tailored to client requirements
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize the value of our digital offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our service offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Previous experience in a consulting role or as a solutions consultant, particularly in the digital sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn client needs into actionable solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients remotely
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
