Our client is an FX/Crypto trading company with offices in Limassol currently looking for Dutch Speaking Retention & Conversion Agent. The successful candidates will be fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English and will have experience in the sales field.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships..
- Serve as the primary contact for client queries, offering tailored solutions and account updates.
- Achieve monthly targets
- Cross-sell company products to meet retention and conversion targets.
- Educate clients on the trading platform and provide market insights.
- Maintain client portfolios and ensure consistent reactivation efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in retention or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
