As they expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Sales Person to join their team in Cyprus.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the German-speaking market to promote Bitcoin purchase services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and personalized interactions.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements, emphasizing the benefits of our client's platform.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and secure
- Bitcoin purchase transactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities is the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our client's offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is a must.
- Experience in the financial or technology sector will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections confidently.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; however, academic qualifications are not the primary focus for this role.
