We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Marketing Manager to lead our retention initiatives and elevate our communication strategies across various channels. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing projects that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and prioritize stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource availability
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the marketing team, facilitating clear and effective communication
- Manage the technical capabilities required for broad-reaching channels, ensuring that marketing platforms and tools are effectively utilized and optimized
- Collaborate with technical teams to align service capabilities with marketing goals and stakeholder needs
- Set up and launch marketing campaigns, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and successful execution
- Provide comprehensive project updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive process improvements within the marketing team, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
- Optimize team workload and resource allocation to ensure balanced and effective delivery of projects and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and communication
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and manage technical capabilities across marketing channels
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent command of English
- Bonus points for experience in ride-hailing, knowledge of SQL
