We are currently seeking to recruit Retention Account Managers for an FX Broker based in Limassol with the following languages - English, German, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and Norwegian.
*Relocation can be offered for candidates outside of CY*
Duties:
- Managing and retaining customer relationships
- Identifying potential customers and increasing their portfolio capital.
- Education of customers on the financial market from a to z.
- Managing customer’s funds and building for them financial plans for retirement and future investments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop retention strategies.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance or Economics or Business or Sales.
- Financial market knowledge and trading will be highly appreciated.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in management of client funds is a plus.
- Experience in call centers will also be considered.
- Proficient in English is also a must
