BettingJobs are working with a casino operator who are seeking the hire of a Head of Games to join their team in Cyprus or Poland.
The successful candidate will be managing and leading the Casino strategy for existing markets, along with new market entry, whilst also managing the Casino team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Casino NGR and Player LTV.
- Defining the strategy for our casino product/
- Negotiate best deals and keep ongoing relationship with our partners and providers.
- Define top-line casino retention marketing strategy and ensure we deliver innovative high-quality campaigns.
- Drive commercial growth in our established markets.
- Drive market entry and growth in new markets.
- Collaborate effectively with Country Managers, Dev, CRM, VIP, Affiliates, Marketing, and other departments to drive retention, loyalty and reduce churn.
- Work with Compliance and suppliers to ensure our casinos are fully compliant.
- Use Analytics/Insights and work closely with BI to further develop the product and customer experience.
- Oversee game launch plans, and casino lobby optimisations.
- Ensure project deadlines and key milestones are met.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with top casino providers and long-lasting business relations with them.
- Excellent understanding of the casino ecosystem, customers, and their needs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem- solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
