Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR / Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee lifecycle management, and supporting general HR tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Administer new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support employee relations, addressing workplace issues and ensuring compliance with Labor laws.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with external partners including attorneys, migration specialists and accountants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and trends.
