We are currently looking to hire a hands-on and experienced Head of Sales in the Real Estate industry to oversee the revenue-generating functions of the company, including residential sales and office rentals.
The CRO will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability and establish the Company as a market leader in both residential and commercial developments. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track sales record in the real estate industry and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Job Description:
- Develop, oversee and optimise all revenue-generating activities
- Build, train teams and set performance metrics with the goal of maximising revenue and driving business growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials that attract potential buyers and tenants
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, real estate brokers, and other industry professionals
- Analyse market trends and provide insights on demand, pricing and competition to inform strategic decisions and future investments
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that aligns with the business goals and market opportunities
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring an outstanding purchasing and leasing experience
- Provide regular report to Management on revenue performance, market trends and strategic initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales or a managerial sales role in the real estate industry is a must
- University degree in Sales/ Real Estate/ Business Management/ Marketing or a related degree
- Proven track record and ability of driving revenue growth through business development and partnerships
- Knowledge of sales, marketing operations and strategic planning
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- IT literate (excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and tight deadline driven environment
- High attention to detail
