We are seeking an
IT Service Desk Specialist to join our global IT team to assist our employees with their daily tasks. You will be the first to respond to calls for assistance and escalate them to other team members if needed. You will need to be inquisitive to find possible solutions to users' problems, help them with their accounts, and provide the necessary software/hardware. You will also be responsible for keeping our guides up to date and sharing them with other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support of internal users
- Setting up new workplaces
- Access management
- Email/JIRA/Teams support
- Printer support
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting
- Escalating technical requests to the IT team
Requirements:
- Experience in similar positions such as Helpdesk or User Support
- Experience with Windows/MacOS
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
- Responsibility, attentiveness
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to develop in the IT field
- Knowledge of Active Directory (advantageous)
- Experience with the JIRA system (advantageous)
