Parklane, Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, Limassol, is the only internationally branded luxury beach resort in Cyprus of Marriot International. It is featuring 222 rooms, 34 suites and 18 villas, the award-winning Kalloni Spa and international branded restaurants such as Nammos Limassol and LPM Restaurant & Bar. The company owns the Park Tower, a completed 20-apartment luxury residential tower integrated within the resort’s premises. Parklane is part of MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, a leading hospitality and real estate group with a portfolio consisting of luxury hotels & resorts and state-of-the-art developments both in Cyprus and abroad.
Duties & Responsibilities
Core duty is active sales and account management for Leisure and MICE segments in Parklane, Luxury Collection resort and Spa, Limassol, to generate revenues for the hotel.
Under the guidance of the Direct reporting line, responsible for maximizing rooms / F&B / Conference and Banqueting business from a defined account base.
Manage key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives
Proactively prospecting new accounts and following the sales process through to convert into ‘producing’ accounts. Maximize conversion of business in line with the Hotels’ budgetary goals as well as personal goals.
Be able to organise her/his own sales calls as well as Action plan. Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect and ensure all follow up is executed in a timely manner
Work closely with Marriott GSO to increase the market reach and awareness.
Continuously search for new possibilities for cooperation on new and existing markets
Building and maintaining great relationships within industry, especially buyers, acting with integrity, with strong values, ensuring that that the quality image of the organization is portrayed, and that every opportunity is taken to promote the Hotel
Thinking out of the box, creating opportunities to bring/increase demand for the hotel and its facilities
Organise and do online and live training of agents / reservation teams
Representing Parklane, Luxury Collection resort and Spa, Limassol, worldwide, promoting the quality image of the company at every opportunity. The trips can involve sales calls organised by the Sales person, prescheduled events, fairs or similar occasions organised for promotional and sales purposes.
To be able to achieve the above, the candidate has to acquire great product and destination knowledge.
Qualifications and characteristics
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years’ experience in sales, Leisure and MICE background.
Managerial position is a plus, not a must. We can grow together!

Excellent Knowledge of English Language. Any other foreign language will be considered as an advantage
