We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the FX Industry. As a crucial member of our accounting department, you will take on a significant role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Your expertise will support our organisation's financial health and integrity while allowing you to engage in a challenging and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with auditors for annual audits
- Handle VAT calculations and submissions
- Process payroll and assist with budget preparation
- Oversee month- and year-end closings
- Review junior accountants' entries, provide mentorship
- Handle ad hoc duties as requested by CFO
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- ACA/ACCA/CPA certified
- 4+ years of experience in accounting (FX industry required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong English, organizational, and reporting abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and coach others
