Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily financial operations, focusing on payment posting, cash flow management, and revenue and cost matters. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day finance operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track inward payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve payment discrepancies with clients and vendors.
- Prepare cash flow projections, monitor liquidity, and suggest improvements.
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Track revenue and costs, support budgeting and forecasting, and identify areas for cost efficiency.
- Handle accounts receivable/payable, ensure compliance, and collaborate to optimize finance processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting software Netuite is a plus.
