Our team consists of seasoned Finance and Real Estate professionals dedicated in identifying opportunities aligned with the Company’s mission in the local market and beyond. We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Administrator to join our Finance team.
The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for preparing and handling various documents and agreements, as well as opening corporate bank accounts with financial institutions. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the execution of these documents and agreements. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the account opening process, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed and verified.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to gather the required information and documents for account openings.
- Provide administrative assistance and support in relation to agreements and other documents for clients and third-party partners.
- Arrange for signatures, certifications and the apostille of documents.
- Ensuring that the Company’s records, including any agreements and other documents, are properly saved and kept up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform any other tasks as these may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in account management, legal documentation, or regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
