Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust affiliate marketing strategy to expand the affiliate channel and increase revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners globally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, negotiating competitive commission structures.
- Continuously optimize affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage affiliate tracking, compliance, and commission payments through affiliate platforms.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to keep affiliates motivated and engaged.
