We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to join our Partner's team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze statistics and identify ways to improve key product and business metrics;
- Regularly monitor competitors, identify their advantages, and develop proposals for product improvement;
- Conduct daily monitoring of product metrics;
- Analyze conversion funnels on the website and implement measures to improve conversion rates;
- Develop and evaluate hypotheses, test them on the product, and conduct A/B testing;
- Set and control tasks for the front/backend, develop product requirements, and support the development process at all stages;
- Analyze payment methods for deposits and monitor their efficiency and popularity;
- Control key product indicators and optimize them;
- Review existing functionality, improve it, and use successful cases to enhance projects;
- Develop a product development plan (Roadmap);
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as Product Operations, IT, Marketing, and CRM, to ensure service quality;
- Oversee the release process, continuously improve it, and control the deadlines and quality of tasks performed by related teams.
Essential professional experience:
- 2+ years of experience in the iGaming or betting industry;
- Skills in planning, task decomposition, and the ability to estimate execution timelines;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly to the team;
- Experience working with development and design teams;
- Attention to detail and the ability to collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
- Analytical skills and knowledge of key metrics (MAU, FTD, GGR, NGR, RR, LVT);
- Experience in A/B test analysis and working with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Figma, Confluence, and Jira;
- Product management experience, including roadmap development, design management, and successful project launches;
- Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
