Our client, a dynamic Events Management company and Leading Marketing Agency is currently recruiting an Onboarding Customer Success Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and acting as a strategic advisor
- Develop and manage communication strategies and materials for onboarding clients
- Work closely with suppliers and partners to manage sponsorship packages and related activities
- Collaborate with Customer Success Executives and senior management to create and implement customer success strategies
- Provide ongoing support to clients during events, including managing logistics, addressing client needs and ensuring expectations are met
- Oversee and coordinate event-related activities, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally within the team to meet event and organizational goals, continuously improving performance
- Maintain and analyze customer success metrics and data to drive improvements and achieve client goals
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management or a similar field
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Event Management, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred
- Experience in event management, coordinating and executing successful events to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction will be considered a benefit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules
- Experience in preparing and managing customer quotations
- Ability to develop and maintain strong external partnerships
- Skilled in negotiation and achieving favorable outcomes
