Job Title : Legal and PR Manager
Location : Hybrid based in Cyprus
We are looking for a Legal and PR Manager to oversee legal and contractual matters, manage entity setups and handle EMI/Banks accounts applications. This role also includes leading PR and communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the legal scope and contracting between entities & partners.
- Supervise and maintain the employment, service and contracting in line with legal scopes.
- Setup new entities and arrange related documentation.
- Apply for EMI/bank accounts in relation to these entities.
- Managing PR & Communication narratives of entities.
- Managing shareholders PR including social media, KYC and related.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, including contracting and entity setup.
- Fluency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
- In-depth understanding of contract law, employment law and entity formation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple contracts and legal processes.
