To provide overall legal expertise and support on legal issues relating to the functions, structures and activities of the organization and support management on issues pertaining to legal and regulatory framework and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory corporate governance requirements.

- Commercial contracts with third party service providers
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry an advantage
- Previous experience in reading and interpreting regulations, laws, and statutes
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- High attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent computer & research skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confidence to interact with individuals from all levels of the business
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Any additional Language will be considered an advantage
