Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review corporate resolutions, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide clear and timely legal advice and opinions to clients.
- Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and maintain records.
- Handle corporate governance, including drafting policies and managing board meeting documents.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries regarding corporate legal matters.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of business contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Ensure the company and its clients remain compliant with relevant legal frameworks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Equivalent legal degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedures.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with client management and working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with legal technology tools and legal research databases.
