We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Corporate Administrative Specialist to support our legal team in administrative and corporate tasks. This role is ideal for someone with basic legal knowledge who can handle administrative responsibilities and does require experience as a paralegal, especially in corporate secretarial matters. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a dynamic corporate environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You will:
- Provide corporate administrative support to the Legal Team and Corporate Team.- essential,
- Under the guidance of the Company Secretary, coordinate with the relevant team and support in preparations for board meetings, including gathering and distributing materials. - e times per year- resolution,
- Be in charge of the corporate electronic archive system and electronic signature system
- Organize, update and maintain corporate records for the payabl. Group, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, agreements, and other corporate documents, ensuring proper filing and maintenance of records
- Handle any tasks relating to corporate administration in relation to other companies belonging to the payabl. Group in other jurisdictions
- Handle daily tasks as these are to be assigned by relevant C-suite executives, including coordination for meetings, conferences, and appointments, liaise with internal departments and external partners regarding various corporate and legal matters
- Help coordinate corporate governance activities and ensure adherence to company policies
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, prioritizing time-sensitive matters
What we need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or legal support role
- Basic understanding of corporate law and legal processes is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
