ROLE PURPOSE:
B2Tech is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and manage the online marketing strategies and activities. He/She will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition & retention efforts in emerging markets and ultimately drive revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, marketing research and collaboration with cross functional teams.
RESPONSIBIILTIES:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration.
- Lead and mentor the online marketing team (Acquisition, CRM, VIP, Sports & Casino, Social Media & Creative) fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO and other stakeholders to define marketing goals, priorities, and budgets.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, events, and public relations.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience of leading online marketing teams with multi-million dollar budgets across all channels preferably in the i-gaming industry and consumer experience within the emerging markets.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels.
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.).
- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities.
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
