We are working with a leading financial services company that is looking to recruit a Farsi speaking Customer Support Officer for their Limassol office.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (hybrid)
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the company chats, e-mails and calls
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Receive and handle inquiries from new leads and clients through phone calls, chat, e-mails and portal
- Offer support to the lead/client within the specified time frame
- Update CRM and keep records of all communications and action taken
- Interact with other departments to solve inquires raised by clients that requires further investigation by sending tasks
- Follow up with clients and schedule call backs to ensure optimum results and customer satisfaction
- Follow standard processes and procedures
Requirements
- Professionally fluent in Farsi language, both oral and written. Fluent in English. Additional languages such as any Middle Eastern language are an advantage
- Based in Cyprus, able to commute to the office in Limassol
- Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market is a plus
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to work rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
- Must be eligible to work in Cyprus
