Job Description:
As a key part of our scale and growth, we have opened the role within our team for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Representative. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via live chat, email and/or telephone
- Resolve client queries and provide support when required
- Be the liaison between client’s requests, customer service, and back-office operations
- Offer support to the Business Development Managers
- Ensure that all client’s requests are processed on time with no delays
- Maintaining accurate, compliant, up-to-date information on our CRM system
- Provide quality customer support during the account opening stages as well as throughout the existence of the trading account
- Promote the Company’s services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a customer support position (preferably online support via live chat/email)
- Experience within the Forex Trading industry
- Business fluency in the English and Italian languages, both written and verbal is a must (additional languages including, but not limited to, Spanish, Arabic and French would be considered a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills over the telephone and email
- Customer-oriented personality and ability to answer to clients’ queries and resolve issues in a polite manner
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative to find answers to new questions
- University degree in Business Management or a relevant field
