Job Purpose: The R&D Technician carries out the micro-preparations of the new formulas, and realize all the necessary laboratory testing.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
The job holder:
- Conducts new formulas and laboratory testing
- Products small quantities of new products for testers and samples
- Monitors the first production of new products
- Trains the production department or third parties in new products
Requirements
- BSc in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmacy or related field
- Proven related working experience 1-3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player
