They’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Risk and Sports Agent to join their team in Limassol.

Job Responsibilities

Monitor sports and casino betting customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns and suspicious activity, ensuring the integrity of transactions and preventing financial loss.
Investigate suspicious sports and casino betting transactions and sports-related risks, report findings, and undertake remedial actions to mitigate potential losses.
Utilize fraud and payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates, maintain a favourable chargeback ratio, and process all withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
Monitor, operate, and manage all risk tasks, ensuring effective estimation and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
Assist Customer Support teams by resolving customer queries related to payments, fraud, and sports risk, ensuring professional and clear communication.
Uphold professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that business objectives are met while providing a high level of service to customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience with sports betting analysis is required;
Excellent command of the English language;
Attention to details and quality of work;
Computer literate and proficient user of Excel;
