As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a
Junior PCB Design Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on state-of-the-art hardware solutions in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. The successful candidate will be involved in the development and support of PCB designs for telecom and embedded systems, contributing to the design, modeling, and tool development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain component models (symbols and footprints) used in PCB design tools
- Convert electronic schematics into full PCB layouts and generate Gerber files for manufacturing
- Develop or modify custom software tools to support automation and internal workflows
- Assist in validating board-level designs, ensuring quality and compliance with design rules
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams during development cycles
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established design and version control processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles (analog/digital design, signal/power integrity)
- Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design precision
- Basic programming skills for automation or tool development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills being essential
- Effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work well in team environments
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or other scripting/programming languages
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad)
- Familiarity with electronics hardware design and testing techniques
- Exposure to embedded systems or mixed-signal board-level design
- Understanding of PCB manufacturing and fabrication processes
