Job Purpose: The R&D Technician carries out the micro-preparations of the new formulas, and realize all the necessary laboratory testing.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The job holder:

Conducts new formulas and laboratory testing
Products small quantities of new products for testers and samples
Monitors the first production of new products
Trains the production department or third parties in new products

Requirements

BSc in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmacy or related field
Proven related working experience 1-3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
Excellent knowledge of English
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team player
