Our client is a CySEC regulated entity with headquarters in Limassol and offices abroad in different jurisdictions. They are looking for an experienced CRM Administrator who will be working closely with CRM platform vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of CRM Projects. The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in supporting their CRM Executives to ensure the successful design, orchestration, implementation, and evaluation of personalized customer campaigns to influence KPIs.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with the CRM platform providers to develop new functionalities, resolve issues and monitor progress on tickets raised.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure the on-time delivery of CRM projects.
- Coaching and supporting CRM users to fully leverage the existing CRM platforms.
- Support with developing and improving acquisition, customer retention, engagement, and loyalty initiatives.
- Ensure the appropriate planning, management, and on-time implementation of CRM campaigns through various communication channels.
- Define success criteria for each campaign and analyze the results, suggesting improvements and testing new ideas.
Requirements
- Experience working with email service providers as well as CRM systems and processes.
- Experience working with Customer Data Platform tools would be an advantage.
- Experience with segmentation, A/B testing and cohorts.
- Forex experience and/or familiarity with online brokers would be beneficial.
- Data savvy and ability to interrogate data to find insights.
- Basic HTML knowledge would be considered an advantage.
