Wiseworld Analytics invites you to become our Payment Support Administrator, where your attention to detail and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment operations. This is an on-site role for our headquarters in Limassol.
Job Description:
The Payment Support Administrator role works as part of a team that handles various tasks related to payment processing, monitoring, and support. The team ensures that the organization’s payment systems run smoothly, transactions are processed accurately, and payment-related issues are promptly resolved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for payment processing systems, ensuring smooth and seamless transactions.
- Monitor real-time payment transactions, ensuring all payments are processed correctly and timely.
- Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on payment activity, identifying trends, errors, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external PSPs for any payment-related inquiries.
- Track and report any service disruptions or outages, working with PSPs for prompt resolution.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 18:00 (evening) - 03:00 (night) with one hour break & 22:00 (night) - 07:00 (morning) with one hour break or a weekly rotational schedule.
- Friday, Six hours shift with half an hour break.
- 2 Weekend days are applicable two times per month with extra payment
Qualifications:
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks to integrate and troubleshoot issues between payment gateways and internal systems.
- Open to learning new tools or payment systems and adapting to changes in processes or technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot payment issues and find solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well with others, especially in problem-solving situations, and coordinate across departments.
- Basic skills in using computers and payment platforms, along with familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting data.
