Alpha.jobs is acting on behalf of a dynamic Fintech company based in Limassol, Cyprus. Our client is a leader in innovative financial solutions and is seeking a skilled Payments Solutions and Onboarding Specialist to join their team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to identify and implement new payment solutions, assist with evaluating and onboarding new payment providers, and support team members in managing relationships with existing providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial industry and experience with CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement new payment solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist with evaluating and onboarding new payment providers and banks/EMIs, including completing forms and responding to inquiries.
- Support the annual reviews conducted by PSPs and banks.
- Coordinate with team members to manage relationships with new and existing payment providers and banks/EMIs.
- Implement new payment methods in internal systems, such as CRM.
- Review and evaluate current payment solutions for accuracy through quality control processes.
- Regularly assess payment systems, processes, and practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify, investigate, and report issues/errors from PSPs.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Management, Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar payments solutions role within the financial industry.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, specifically platforms like HubSpot.
- Expertise with a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or payment orchestration platform, and/or technical knowledge of financial services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple onboarding processes concurrently.
- Business fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
