As a Junior Complaints Administrator, you will ensure the highest possible standard of service to be provided to clients and measure client satisfaction.

Main Role:

Liaising with customers via email and in writing to obtain all complaint details for new, ongoing and open complaints as per the instructions of the Head of Complaints;
Ensuring accurate, high quality and personalized responses are issued to customers within the set time frames;
Liaising with other departments within the complaint as required to ensure accurate responses are provided;
Ensuring that the record-keeping system is kept updated with details of the Customer's correspondence, actions taken and responses;
Providing reports as requested concerning various complaints.

Working schedule:

The successful candidate will work morning and evening shifts on a weekly rotation basis.

Morning shift - Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30 (30 minute break), Friday 08:00 - 14:00 (30 minute break);
Evening shift - Monday to Thursday 12:30 to 21:00 (30 minute break), Friday 15:00 - 21:00 (30 minute break).

Candidate Profile:

University or College Degree in any field;
Fluency in English Language (any other language will be considered as an advantage);
Familiarity with CRM systems will be considered as an advantage;
Excellent judgment skills;
Detail oriented;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Well organized.
