Job description
As secretary you are responsible for:
Administrative tasks
- Ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the office by using a range of software tools, including email, spreadsheets and databases
- Performing administrative tasks in various domains: Document management: management of corporate documents and documentation according to defined processes and procedures; Accounting: processing of invoices, preparing periodic financial reports; Procurement and contract management: general procurement tasks; HR management; travel arrangements
Processes & policies
- Contributing to the implementation new corporate policies & processes
- Contributing to the supervision of staff adherence with corporate policies (privacy, data protection, health, safety etc.)
External communication
- Processing incoming general correspondence (mail, phone, website)
- Answering telephone calls
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an office setting as office manager, office clerk, administrative assistant, secretary or similar role
- Proficient with office software such as Microsoft Office 365 and excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (excellent English is a must)
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with everyone
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organization skills with ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Reliability and discretion

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: EUR 1500 to EUR 2000 per month
