Golden Coast Hotel 4*, in Protaras, is currently seeking to recruit Night Receptionist for the season 2025.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all guests receive a courteous and warmly service upon check-in and check-out.
Deliver excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times.
Handle complaints with immediate action & through proper follow up.
Ensure that guest data are correctly entered into the system.
Note down any special requests that guests may have and pass them to the relevant department.
Manage cash and in-house guests’ folio-accounts.
Verify revenues from all sources is accurately balanced and follows up on any discrepancies.
Perform End of Day procedure.
Qualification and Experience:
· Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position.
· Very good knowledge of English. German would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Ability to work in a team.
· Positive, engaging personality
