We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager with expertise in
CFD / FX trading to lead critical initiatives and drive the success of our trading platform.
Responsibilities:
- Setup Portfolio management process in the company
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for CFD trading platform
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, marketing, and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks related to compliance, market fluctuations, and technical challenges
- Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps for platform upgrades, new features, and market expansions
- Align projects with long-term business strategies and trading trends
- Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and process optimizations
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security meet the highest standards
- Collaborate with QA teams to implement rigorous testing protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum7 yearsof project management experience, with at least4 yearsin CFD/Forex trading platforms
- Proven track record of managing large-scale software development projects in fintech or trading
- Strong understanding of trading technologies, market execution, and risk management systems
- Familiarity with trading APIs, algorithms, and third-party solution integrations
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the trading domain
- Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams
