Your daily activities as Junior Dealer will be:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Dealer to join our dynamic team at Admiral Markets, a leading international brokerage with an office in Cyprus. The successful candidate will assist in managing the company's trading activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the financial markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in the financial markets, with room for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily execution of trades across multiple currency pairs and other financial instruments
- Monitor clients trading activity, correct execution of trades with our LPs, timely updates on quoted instruments and provide feedback to senior dealers and management
- Ensure that all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
- Manage and adjust risk exposures within the predefined limits set by the company
- Assist with execution of client orders and trade requests by phone
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports for internal and external use
- Keep up-to-date with market news, economic data, and industry developments that could impact trading activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with trading platforms , Metatrader 4 and 5 is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in shifts (Weekly shift rotation between Morning (7:30 - 15:30) and Evening (15:30 - 23:30) Shift
- Ability to be on-call during weekends (once per every 3 weeks) to assist with execution of clients trades and risk monitoring of predefined parameters, for additional remuneration.
- Fluency in English; Russian would be an advantage
- CySEC certification would be considered a significant advantage
- Prior experience in a trading or brokerage environment is preferred but not required; recent graduates with a passion for the financial markets are encouraged to apply
