This position requires the efficient operation of a business center with the professional handling of front desk duties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, tenants, and visitors.

Responsibilities- Welcome visitors, tenants, and clients with professionalism, creating a positive first impression.
- Oversee daily operations of the business center, ensuring all facilities are functioning efficiently and meet high standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and managing requests professionally.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address needs proactively.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring proper scheduling and setup.
- Monitor invoicing, payments, and draft tenant agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Plan and support business center events, such as networking sessions or client meetings.
- Handle complaints and address inquiries and concerns from clients and visitors, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Ensure business center and common areas are clean, and well-organized.
- Coordinating and schedule with the Technical Facility team repairs as needed.
Qualifications- Proven experience in business center management, facilities management, or front desk administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools i.e Trello).
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of property management or business center operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
