Job Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Handling reservations, rentals, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Full manual transmission driving license.
- Ability to work on weekends
- Proficiency in the English language
