About The Position:
The Vice President of Recruiting Operations will play a pivotal role in driving both client relationships and recruitment operations for Executive Hunt. This individual will act as the face of the company, responsible for signing new clients and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in executive headhunting or talent recruiting, preferably with expertise in law or finance. They should be adept at managing high-level client engagements, conducting candidate screenings, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Client Engagement and Acquisition:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique hiring needs.
- Identify and sign new clients by articulating the value of Executive Hunt’s services.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience.
- Talent Search and Candidate Management:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, from job intake to placement.
- Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of high-caliber candidates to ensure a strong fit with client requirements.
- Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, evaluation, and engagement to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
- Operational Oversight:
- Streamline operational processes to enhance recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, placement rate, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve and innovate recruitment and client service processes.
- Industry Expertise and Networking:
- Stay informed on industry trends and market changes within the law and finance sectors.
- Leverage personal network and industry connections to source top-tier talent and expand Executive Hunt’s reach within targeted sectors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in executive headhunting or talent recruiting, with a strong track record in law or finance.
- Client Relations: Proven experience developing client relationships and managing high-level client engagements, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Operational Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with C-level clients and candidates.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence.
