Currently, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist for one of the companies of our group.
The successful candidate will perform various HR and Payroll related tasks including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance, preparation, and timely execution of a CY net-salary-based payroll;
- Responsible for the submission and payment of all applicable Cyprus taxes;
- Responsible for the maintenance, preparation, and timely execution of a remote employee payroll;
- Perform start-of-the-year payroll processes like recalculations of all net salaries, and completion and storage of IR59 forms;
- Perform year-end payroll processes, like reconciliations, issuance of TD63s, and TD7 forms.
- Maintain accurate payroll-related records;
- Assist employees with payroll questions, resolving issues, and offering clear, accurate information.
Requirements:
- Enjoys performing payroll-related math calculations;
- Eagerness in taking on tasks and assuming responsibilities;
- Is a good team member.
Qualification that can be a plus:
- Knowing how to perform net gross calculations;
- Knowledge of first employment allowances (50% & 20%)
