A dynamic IT company is looking for a qualified Accountant to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience for this role and wish to join a great team, then we look forward to receiving your CV.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Daily data entry to the accounting system (BTMS) and monthly reconciliation
- Preparation of the Company’s payroll, social insurance, PAYE, Ergani
- Preparation and review of quarterly VAT Returns
- Assisting employees in the preparation and submission of IR1
- Annual report audit process support
- Ad hoc tasks for accounting and tax matters
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting, ACCA certification would be an advantage
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (Personal income tax, VAT, Corporate tax, etc).
- Knowledge of IFRS reporting standards
- Fluency in Greek, English and Russian
- Proficiency in using MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
