We are looking to hire an energetic Back Office Officer!

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement strong Know Your Client and Know your Business procedure to all existing and potential clients
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, accurately recorded in the client’s folders and that Company’s CRM software is updated
- Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic software
- Process applications for Individual and Corporate Live trading account /Affiliate account (Introducing Broker) / Money Manager account in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Amend client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s CRM software, MT4 and MT5
- Keep client records (i.e. agreements, ID documents, applications, Know Your Client Information) in electronic form
- Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for improving systems, aiming to upscale department’s performance
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Minimum 3 year of previous work experience within a CFD broker or Investment Firm is a must
- Computer literate –very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Integrity, discreteness, trustworthiness and reliability
- Paying attention to detail, proactive character
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Ability to work full time from our office located in the lovely area of Limassol
