We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal practice and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the legal team with all necessary matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements and legal documents
- Providing legal support on corporate governance matters.
- Conducting research on legal issues and advising on regulatory developments.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Utilizing problem-solving and proactive approaches to legal issues
- Demonstrating good self-management and time-management skills
Requirements:
- LLB Degree
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in the legal field
- Solid knowledge of Cyprus Companies' Law and Contract Law
- Experience in Compliance, KYC process, and GDPR will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Greek
