Responsibilities
o Design and produce engaging digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, presentations, videos and event collateral.
o Assist in developing visual content aligned with brand guidelines to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
o Edit and manipulate images, create infographics, and help maintain a cohesive brand look across all marketing channels.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, deadlines, and design objectives.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and visuals.
o Assist with website content updates, social media content scheduling, and online ad creatives.
o Ensure timely delivery of creative assets by prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
o Assist in organizing and archiving digital assets, ensuring files are accessible and up-to-date.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, within a marketing team (internships or freelance work may be considered).
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro); familiarity with Figma, or similar design tools – video editing skills is a plus.
· Design Sense: Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design; ability to work within brand guidelines.
· Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English; ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
· Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
